Per W.S. 33 40 114: "The board shall meet not less than two (2) times during each fiscal year and shall select a chairman at the first meeting. Other meetings may be convened at the call of the chairman or the written request of any two (2) board members."
An Agenda will be posted on the website approximately one (1) week prior to the meeting date. If you would like to address the Board at one of their meetings, please complete the Participation Request Form.

All Board meetings are open to the public and held according to the Wyoming Public Meetings Act. Anyone wishing to bring a matter before the Board must submit the information in advance, and in writing, in order to be considered. To be placed on a future agenda, please complete and submit an Agenda Request Form.
